Finding Strength Through Movement
Born and raised in Redmond, WA, I found my love for fitness after years behind a desk and two incredible boys who inspired me to move again. What began as a personal lifestyle change quickly became a passion for helping others find strength, confidence, and balance through movement.
I started my career in group fitness, teaching high-energy classes like Zumba, BODYSHRED, Bootcamps, and R.I.P.P.E.D.—sometimes up to 16 sessions a week. The joy, energy, and community I found there became the foundation of my coaching philosophy: fitness should be fun, empowering, and accessible to everyone.
As my experience grew, so did my curiosity. I turned my focus to nutrition and coaching, combining the science of real food with the psychology of sustainable habits. Today, I help clients build long-term strength and wellness through individualized training, mindful nutrition, and supportive coaching that fits real life—not a cookie-cutter plan.

Training with purpose means understanding why your body moves the way it does—and how to help it move better. Whether you’re starting fresh, rebuilding after injury or surgery, or working toward new strength and mobility goals, your training should meet you exactly where you are.
I focus on biomechanics, posture, and mindful movement patterns to help your body feel stronger, more stable, and supported in everyday life. Every session is customized to your abilities, limitations, and goals. I teach you the “why” behind each exercise so you build real knowledge about your body—how it works, how to support it, and how to stay confident outside the gym.
You’ll also receive steady encouragement, accountability, and genuine support. Together, we focus on quality movement, mobility, and strength in a way that empowers you to trust your body again. When you understand your mechanics and stay connected to your progress, you gain the freedom to create results that last—a stronger, healthier life from the inside out.
